Eyebrow Waxing & Tinting: The Elite Combo for Perfect Brows

brow Waxing and Tinting Is a Must-Try

If you’ve ever wished for brows that look polished without the daily effort, the answer is simple: pair eyebrow waxing and tinting. Waxing gives your brows a clean, sculpted and groomed shape, while tinting adds depth, fullness, and color that lasts. Together, they create a look that’s effortless, defined, and tailored to your face.

WHY YOU SHOULD GET A BROW WAX & TINT:

  1. Instant Definition & Shape - Waxing sculpts the brows into a clean, flattering shape, while tinting deepens the color to frame the eyes beautifully— little to no makeup required.

  2. Time-Saving Beauty Routine - Skip the time consuming daily brow pencils. With tinting, brows look filled-in and polished from the moment you wake up.

  3. Customized to You - The shape and shade are tailored to your natural face and brow shape, skin tone, and hair color, giving a natural yet noticeable enhancement.

  4. Longer-Lasting Results - Tint lasts up to 2–6 weeks, depending on the type of tint used, and waxing keeps your brows in shape for 3–6 weeks, so you stay groomed with little upkeep.

  5. Confidence Boost - Well-shaped, defined brows lift your look instantly, making your eyes appear brighter and giving your whole face a more balanced, put-together appearance

Regular vs. Hybrid Brow Tint: What’s the Difference?

When it comes to brow tinting, there are two tinting options offered at Neighborhood Wax: Regular brow tint and hybrid tint. Choosing the right one depends on the look and longevity you want. Both of these are great choices and with a proper consultation your service provider can help you understand which type of tint is right for you.

Regular Brow Tint

The “classic” choice in eyebrow tinting.

Colors the brow hairs for a softer, more natural finish.

Lasts up to a week on the skin and 3-4 weeks on the hairs.

Best for: First-timers, subtle definition, or low-maintenance brows.

Hybrid Brow Tint

The next-level option for bold, defined brows.

Stains both the brow hairs and the skin beneath, filling in sparse spots.

Lasts up to 2 weeks on the skin and 4-6 weeks on the hair.

Best for: Crisp, structured brows, special events, or clients who want to skip daily brow makeup.

Whether you want a natural enhancement or bold, defined brows, this combo is the gold standard and will make your daily life so much easier.

CREATING YOUR PERFECT BROWS IS A PROCESS

Brow tinting and waxing is all about building the perfect shade and depth for your brows - and sometimes that takes a few appointments. What does this mean? Well, just like hair color, brow tint can develop differently depending on your natural brow hair texture, skin tone and how your brows take to the dye. Each appointment helps us, your service providers, learn about your likes and dislikes, refine the color and shape so we can get you closer to your ideal brows.

Our default approach to reshaping and tinting brows is to be conservative, especially for your first appointment with us. This way we won’t tint the hair too intensely, and inadvertently leave you looking like Johnny Rose from Schitts Creek.

While we agree that this man is a legend…we intuitively understand, without you even telling us, that this is NOT the eyebrow look you are going for.

Each time you come in for a brow tint, the appointment is 100% tailored to you. Whether you want to play it safe or go for more intensity, your wish is our command.
